Driveway and Parking

The asphalt driveway is double-sized, providing ample parking. A double gate leads to the backyard, allowing access for an RV, boat or other vehicle.

The Front Door

This is a view of the front entrance to the home. The front door is heavy wood and seems to be original to the home. It is flanked on both sides by a set of welcoming frosted privacy windows. A screened storm door has been installed which locks and can be opened like a window to let the fresh air in while remaining secure.

Stepping Inside to the Entryway

This is a view of the front door from the inside of the home. The frosted accent windows on both sides of the front door, provide visibility and privacy at the same time. From this view, you can see how they also offer natural lighting into the room.

Front Door Opened

The front door can be opened and the storm door locked. This creates an open and airy environment, while remaining secure.

Entryway - Going Left

To the left of the entry is the main living area. The arched doorway offers a nice architectural feature to the room.

Entryway - Going Right

To the right of the entry is the hallway which leads to the home's bedrooms and the main bathroom. From the entryway, you can go either direction, make a circle through the entire house and end up right back here, a clever floor plan design.

And here we live. This beautiful main living area is a whopping 15' X 23.5', large enough to be used for more than one purpose. Here, the owner has chosen to make this the living area AND dining area as you will see.

Fireplace and Mantle

The stunning wood mantle frames the wood burning fireplace. The fireplace also offers with a gas option and can be used to burn gas logs. In this picture, you can also see the gorgeous hardwood floors that run through the majority of the home.

The Dining Area

The owner chose to use the back part of the main living area for dining. The chandelier in the far right was installed in 2018 for this purpose.

This picture shows how the spacious living area can be used for multiple purposes. The owner has chosen to use the far side of the living room for dining. As you can see, the area used for dining is large enough to be a room on its own!

From the Dining Room through the Arched Doorway

The arched doorway in the dining room leads to a room that is currently being used as the office/mud room. Originally, the dining room, the space can be used for any purpose.

Noticer that the owner chose a nice retro light fixture for this room. The door in the background leads into a hallway that provides access to the laundry room, second bathroom, outside deck and garage. We will go through this door next.

Hallway

From the Office/Mudroom door resides a hallway. This hallway has built in cabinets for storage. The tile floor was added in 2018.

In this hallway, there is also a door to the outside deck.

Another Door

The hallway also has a door that accesses the garage.

Laundry Room/ Bathroom

In addition to accessing the garage and the deck, there is a laundry room off this hallway. The laundry room is combined with the second bathroom. We'll take a look.

Bathroom Vanity

In this room, there is small vanity that installed in 2018. Above the vanity is a tri-fold mirror that opens on 2 sides to medicine cabinets.

Laundry

This room houses the washer and dryer. These applicances are older models but in good working condition and will remain with the home. Above the washer and dryer is a set of large storage cabinets.

Bathroom

This room also houses the 2nd bathroom which consists of a vanity, toilet and standing tile shower.
